01 — The Challenge
A B2B enterprise software provider had built a world-class accounting automation product but was completely invisible on search engine results pages. They relied entirely on high-cost outbound sales (cold emailing and cold calling) costing $12,000/month. Their existing website was built as a single-page React app (SPA). Because crawler bots (like Googlebot) often time out before client-side Javascript finishes executing and fetching backend APIs, the site had zero indexed pages. The site had no semantic HTML structure, missing metadata, and no Schema.org markup to describe their software application to search engines. They were missing out on high-intent transactional search traffic for keywords like 'enterprise billing automation software'.
02 — The Solution
We executed a comprehensive technical SEO migration and topical authority strategy. We rebuilt and migrated their legacy React SPA to a modern Next.js framework leveraging Static Site Generation (SSG). This ensures that search engine crawlers receive fully pre-rendered, semantic HTML on the very first byte of response. We implemented nested JSON-LD structured schema markup (SoftwareApplication, Organization, and Product) to qualify their site for Google rich snippets. We then conducted a quantitative keyword gap analysis and designed a 'Topical Hub' content architecture, authoring 25+ detailed, highly technical deep-dives targeting long-tail, high-commercial-intent keywords. We set up an automatic sitemap and instant indexing pipeline using the Google Indexing API. Finally, we audited and refactored the frontend code (removing blocking JS and preloading fonts) to boost Google PageSpeed scores from 45/100 to 98/100, meeting Google’s Core Web Vitals threshold.
